PERFORMANCE PACKAGES

Our Performance Packages are perfect for concerts, performances, showcases, recitals, work-in-progress showings and more! Onsite we have a grand piano, music stands, chairs, a black traveler, marley floor, a projector and screen. Check out the features of each performance package below!

INFORMAL SHOWING $500

ONE-TIME PERFORMANCE $750 

WEEKEND PERFORMANCE $1,200 (FRI/SAT)

WEEKEND PERFORMANCE $1,650 (FRI-SUN)

Features include:

  • 6 hours in the Karl Kemp

  • Use of overhead room lighting

  • Filming allowed

  • You are responsible for setup/breakdown

  • Up to 70 people total including performers

  • Additional rehearsal space for 15% off room rental

All features included in Informal Showing plus:

  • 8 hours total in the Karl Kemp

  • Green room for 4 hours

  • Reception with food can be added with a $50 clean up fee per show

All features included in previous packages plus:

  • 8 hours total in the Karl Kemp for Friday

  • 4 hours In Karl Kemp for Saturday

  • Green room for 4 hours each day

  • Reception with food can be added with a $50 clean up fee per show

  • 4 hours In Karl Kemp for Saturday & Sunday
